What does it mean if an item is 'Backordered'?   Backordered' items are temporarily out of stock but are expected to be available soon. A date will show indicating the date we expect to ship the item. Due to unexpected delays, this date is subject to change. Your credit card will not be charged for backordered items until they ship. Backordered items will be shipped via standard delivery at no additional charge.

What does it mean if an item is 'Not Available'?   All items that are 'not available' are not in stock at this time. Please check back with us for updates on merchandise availability as we may receive more inventory.

How do I checkout?   Checking out is an easy four step process.

1. Click on the 'My Cart. Your shopping cart appears and you can review your order.

2. Click on the 'Checkout' button to advance onto the 'Questions' page. Here you will enter your Shipping information. Type in all your information and choose a shipping method and click next.

3. The next page is the "Payment" page, and will ask for billing address and credit card information (make sure you use your credit card billing address for the Bill-To address to avoid delays in your order).   You will have to enter the numeric code on the back of your credit card so that we can process your order promtly.

3. Click on the 'Next" button to advance to the 'Verify' page. Please check your  order, as well as your Billing and Shipping addresses.

4. Click "Submit" button ONCE to finish checking out. Your order will not be received until you click this button ONCE. A "receipt" page will appear, indicating that the order has been confirmed and received.  You will be able to print out your order confirmation now. 

When you are finished, if you click the "Done" button it will bring you back to the checkout page where you can choose the continue shopping button if your like.

How can I be sure my order went through?   When we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation usually within minutes.

How do I pay for my order?   We accept PAYPAL or credit and debit cards from Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Can I pay online with a Gift Card?   No. When there are gift cards available you will be prompted to use them.

What if I make a return or exchange? Your return will be credited to your original payment type.

How is sales tax calculated? Applicable sales tax is calculated according to the state to where it is being shipped. Massachsetts residents are subject to sales tax only on taxable items.  Canadian orders are excused from US sale's tax, but recipients are responsible for all duties and taxes assessed by their country's customs.

How do I know that my order has been shipped? When your order has been shipped, we will send you another email with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.

What if my package is not delivered? Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect address provided, will not be returned to the customer, and will only be resent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense.

Will you convert my total into my currency? No. We bill your credit card in US dollars and your credit card company will convert the charges for you. 

Broono's Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, return it to us for an exchange or refund. We exchange or refund any original condition merchandise with a copy of your original invoice. All returns will be credited back to the original payment type. By sending returns to the  Returns Address, all credit card purchases will receive credit back to the credit card used. Please note that if you return merchandise without a receipt or invoice, we can only provide the last known value of the item in the form of a merchandise credit.

Broono's Exchange Policy: Send it back to us and we'll be happy to exchange the item for another of your choice.Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the exchange is processed. Please note that shipping and handeling charges will apply for any exchanges made. 

How to Send it Back (for online orders only): To ensure return accuracy, remember to enclose your invoice with your return. Be sure to keep a copy  for your records.
